Jordan is Palestine, Inc. records, 1983-1995, bulk 1983-1994.

The collection contains correspondence, articles, bank and tax records, articles of incorporation, and meeting minutes,1983-94. The collection has the incorporation documentation and thus provides background for the beginning and purpose of the organization. Most of the correspondence is between the public and JIP president H.Z. Bornstein. Some of this correspondence is with Dan Nimrod. In these letters Nimrod often discussed the JIP positions and his support or disapproval of these strategies. The collection includes correspondence written by Paul S. Riebenfeld a well-known zionist and lawyer.

Jacob Dan Nimrod (1923-2002) was a Polish-Israeli-Canadian political commentator, active in various Zionist causes. Born in what is today the Ukraine, Nimrod, originally named Ya'acov Hebel, was active in the Zionist movement from a young age.
